Yes. The first 15-minute consultation is free and there is no obligation to buy anything. You leave with a plain-language picture of what fits you and what does not.

No. If you already have a policy or an HMO card you can mention it, but nothing is required.
You get an email straight away with the date, the time, your advisor and a calendar file. Your advisor then meets you at the time you chose, in the office or on WhatsApp.
Your choice when you book. The office is at Castle Peak Hotel, F. Cabahug St., Cebu City, and online sessions take place on WhatsApp.
